• We need a full color graphic that is 168 x 168 pixels, RGB, 72 dpi. We will be happy to help create the graphic if you would like, a $30 graphic art fee will apply. All graphics are subject to our approval for content.

• Your website URL.

• Your payment. We can accept your credit card or electronic check payment via PayPal or you may mail a check to us.
